Fall Favorite: Burgundy Floppy Hat

Keeping it comfy on my day off, easing into fall in a cropped sweater, cotton harem pants, and a burgandy floppy hat. Paired with black pointy toed flats, a small cross body bag, and some black and gold shades.
It's my favorite month starting tomorrow, also the official countdown to my birthday, and of course- Halloween! I haven't decided on a costume yet, but I'm sure it will include lots fake blood and black eye liner.

A Thigh High Love Affair

It's Monday, but there's nothing manic about it, in fact love is in the air! My boyfriend and I are celebrating our 8th anniversary today, which we both cannot believe!
I'm wearing a jacket I found at Nordstrom Rack, which is definitely one of my favorite new fall pieces. Paired it with a cream mini dress with a cage collar, thigh high boots, a black floppy hat, and my vintage Chanel bag.
Accessorized with a vintage black snake skin bangle and my YSL arty ring, that was actually a gift from my boyfriend for our 5th anniversary!
Now I'm off to go make chocolate covered strawberries and wrap some presents :)

Fringe & Faux Fur

Ok, can we just talk about this white faux fur jacket from H&M's AW14 Studio collection?
I first fell in love when they posted a picture of it at the beginning of summer on their instagram, so when I found out it was being released on September 4th, you better believe I was up early with my coffee patiently waiting. Well by the time the page was able to load it was already sold out in both small and medium! I quickly purchased the extra small, knowing that like H&M's designer collabs, once this collection was gone- it's gone for good. (by gone for good, I mean up on Ebay for double the price within hours, haha)
I paired my new favorite item of clothing with a black and white long sleeve shirt, black denim flares, with a burgundy floppy hat and a fringe bucket bag.

Black, White, and Gold

While shooting this look I hopped behind the camera and snapped some photos of my cutie pie of a boyfriend wearing DAZEY's first ever unisex shirt! It's been tour tested and dude approved, and will be up on the website soon, along with a blog post with tips on different ways to customize it. :)

I'm transitioning into fall by wearing
leather like leggings, a sheer striped blouse, and ankle boots.
Paired with gold accessories and a chai latte.
I love the 'I'm a very neat monster' bangle I received from Jacei, I'm a huge Dexter fan- in fact, I once had a black kitten for two weeks that I named Dexter haha
I wear my gold name plate necklace all the time, but lately I have added another dainty gold necklace, a Hamsa hand, also from Jaeci. Let's face it, a little added protection from negativity and evil never hurts.
I'm off to handle a long list of Monday To-Do's, listen to Jhene Aiko's new album on repeat, and figure out what to wear to a metal show tonight.

Missguided x VT, pt. 2

I know everyone and their mom is saying this, but I cannot believe it's already September! Not that I'm complaining, because it's my favorite time of the year, and yes, mainly because of the clothes. I'm wearing a faux suede fringe jacket, white knit tank, high waisted boyfriend jeans, and platform mules from Missguided. I will definitely be incorporating all of these pieces in so many different ways this fall, all such comfy and key pieces for anyone's wardrobe. Added pops of color to break up the neutrals in the outfit with a blue and red bag from H&M and gold statement ring from House of Harlow.
I'm off to work on DAZEY's fall line, think of romantic ideas for my anniversary coming up, and plan a little something for my boyfriends birthday-but I have to keep that hush, hush- it's a surprise;)
